shrekies

my 2025 halloween contribution (yes it's early); colour picked from this and this cereal bowl. uncohesive fun, and i absolutely love the 20s ramp. yes the thumbnail is shrek, i made it so Because I Can. the 10s ramp remains unchanged from the default palette; 0, 200, 201, 202, 244, 245 and 253 remain unchanged from the default palette.

ephemera

a retro-ish palette, packed with soft bright colours and some more vivid brights as well! further experimentation with including hue shifts along ramps. all of the texturable colours have been altered from the default palette, including the white. 0, 200, 201, 202, 244, 245 and 253 remain unchanged from the default palette.

dreamy

a very soft palette, featuring lots of pastel 'dreamy' shades (hence the name!). started experimenting with shifting hues within ramps in this palette and i'm quite happy with the result. the 10s ramp remains unchanged from the default palette; 0, 200, 201, 202, 244, 245 and 253 are also unchanged from the default palette.

papercrane

sunset-like palette, lots of soft pinks and blues. the texture chart also came out looking very pretty, and i find this palette as a whole to be very versatile! the 10s are unaltered from the default petz palette; 0, 200, 201, 202, 244, 245 and 253 are also unchanged from the default palette.

cosmic

made for a starcatchers joint hex when i realised that the default petz 140s ramp was an absolute mess. it's only taken me nearly 20 years of playing the game! developed around a spacey theme with lots of texturable blues and ramps of yellow, green and purple too. i paid more attention making this palette to which ramps went where in order to try and keep the texture chart fairly cohesive. the 10s, 20s and 30s are unaltered from the default petz palette; 0, 200, 201, 202, 244, 245 and 253 are also unchanged from the default palette.

meadow

made for a custom hex for silverfish! i wanted very specific greens okay. lots of greens in this palette with some other pops of colour - i wanted a mix of texturable brights in order to be able to convey a wildflower meadow on a hex. the texture chart is a bit of a mess because i honestly forgot it existed when laying down the ramps, oops. the 10s are unaltered from the default petz palette; 0, 200, 201, 202, 244, 245 and 253 are also unchanged from the default palette.
